Job Summary
Bridgeway Connection Services Ltd. provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and support to children, youth, and families across Alberta. Our programs include group homes, PCC homes, reunification services, and community-based supports. We are committed to high standards of practice, safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
The Clinical Behavioural Specialist plays a key role in providing clinical oversight, behavioural assessment, and evidence-based intervention planning for youth with complex needs. This role supports both youth and staff through consultation, coaching, and collaborative problem-solving to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete behavioural assessments and develop behaviour support plans
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation to staff and leadership
- Support trauma-informed and de-escalation practices
- Review critical incidents and participate in care planning
- Collaborate with families and external professionals
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Child & Youth Care, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience supporting children and youth with complex behavioural needs
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice
- Active registration with the concerened licesnsing/registration Association.

- Valid driver's license (Driver's Abstract may be required)
