Job Summary

Bridgeway Connection Services Ltd. provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and support to children, youth, and families across Alberta. The Clinical Behavioural Specialist plays a key role in providing clinical oversight, behavioural assessment, and evidence-based intervention planning for youth with complex needs. This role supports both youth and staff through consultation, coaching, and collaborative problem-solving to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete behavioural assessments and develop behaviour support plans
  • Provide clinical guidance and consultation to staff and leadership
  • Support trauma-informed and de-escalation practices
  • Review critical incidents and participate in care planning
  • Collaborate with families and external professionals

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Child & Youth Care, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience supporting children and youth with complex behavioural needs
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice
  • Active registration with the concerened licesnsing/registration Association.

  • Valid driver's license (Driver's Abstract may be required)

Pay: $21.70-$35.00 per hour
