Position Summary:

We're currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver for in-town work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low bedding (up to 7 axles), end dumps, and demo trailers, and be comfortable operating manual transmission trucks.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class 1 trucks and trailers, including low beds, end dumps, and demo trailers
  • Haul and transport equipment and materials to job sites within the city
  • Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with clean driver's abstract
  • Minimum 2 years of experience hauling low beds, end dumps, and demo trailers
  • Ability to haul up to a 7-axle low bed
  • Experience driving manual transmission required
  • Strong safety record and attention to detail
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with a positive attitude
