We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join the prestige marketing team. Whether you're a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful "hands on" work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will see you contributing to ground-breaking campaigns and new product launches for iconic beauty brands such as Sally Hansen & Adidas

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with internal teams and various agencies to develop in-store/online creative materials, such as displays, brochures and digital ads
• Manage execution of retailer programs & events
• Manage product sample orders and inventory
• Support cross-functional teams with marketing requests
• Prepare promotional & media materials by coordinating requirements with agencies; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Support internal teams by providing data, market trends, forecasts, analyses, new product information, relaying customer services requests
• Support brand manager and marketing coordinator with day-to-day brand activities
• Other ad hoc activities as assigned, including but not limited to code creation, purchase order creation, and coordination with 3rd party vendors

 QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree - Business/Marketing
• Operational marketing experience
• MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Nice to have: French language skills

Desirable:

• Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be highly organized
• Thrives in a rapid-growth environment
• Eager to learn along with professional drive
• Entrepreneurial spirit & strong aesthetic sensibility
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Knowledge of industry, passion for beauty
