Job SummaryNO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCreative Tooling Solutions is in need of a metal fabricator to work primarily with a CNC brake press and a step-through Spot Welder to shape stainless sheet blanks into high quality finished components. This position will not require previous experience in these roles, as you will be trained on-site. However, these are medium skill roles, so will require someone attentive and motivated to pick up those skills on the fly.Duties and Qualifications:MOST CRITICAL - A reasonable proficiency with math; the ability to add/subtract both positive and negative numbers, in thousandths of an inch, plus the ability to measure angles accurately with a protractor, as these are critical to the CNC brake press operator role.An understanding of how to read technical drawings is an asset.Capable of working with minimal supervision and staying on task.Knowledge of using precision measuring tools (mostly a caliper and protractor) is beneficial.Job is moderately physically demanding.
