What You'll Do;

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers embrace the sporting life by connecting them with gear that fits both their performance goals and personal style. Through active listening, thoughtful recommendations, and deep product knowledge, you'll drive sales and create loyal customers.

  • Build authentic relationships to understand customer needs and deliver sport- and style-based solutions.
  • Champion both sales and service, supporting daily store success and merchandising standards.
  • Contribute to a vibrant, energized store culture that celebrates active living.
  • Stay current on seasonal trends, product drops, and innovations across multiple sports lifestyle categories.
