Role Description

We are on the hunt for an Associate Marketing Director to lead our accounts team and execute on project work for a diverse roster of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of client strategy as well as day-to-day account management - helping clients bring their stories to life in creative and impactful ways through a variety of channels. You are well organized and pay attention to detail and love being resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account teams on a daily basis with confidence and efficacy.
  • Main point of contact for client relationships, running meetings with client teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to bring fresh ideas to the table that effectively drive business.
  • Develop tactical marketing plans and execute on projects that deliver results.
  • Manage projects and budgets across campaigns with multiple inputs.
  • Write monthly content for multiple clients including content packages, blogs and e-newsletters, managing your timelines to meet internal deadlines.
  • Support strategic direction of digital strategy, connecting objectives with outputs.
  • Support on media buys and vendor relationship requirements.
  • Monitor ongoing marketing tasks and identify when there's a need to change course.
  • Liase with internal design team to bring creative campaign elements to life.
  • Execute client and campaign wrap reports that effectively communicate performance.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, at least 3 leading a team.
  • Proven track record leading integrated marketing campaigns, tracking budgets and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, performance metrics and marketing trends.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok, and familiar with Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong storytelling, leadership, and collaboration abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and align teams at all levels.
  • Agency or multi-brand experience is an asset.
