The
Financial Analyst, Costing
is responsible for supporting both finance our operational business partners in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring cost drivers within the organization. This individual must have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and system skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

:

·      
Product Cost Analysis –
Work operations and sales to develop costing scenarios for new product development, formulation changes, as well as new production standards

·      
SAP Standard Costing
– Work with Plant managers, operations, and finance on production cost performance versus standard, to review standards to be used in the proper cost measurement to the business as well as supporting pricing decisions

·      
Annual Plan -
Work with business partners to determine the building, analysis and communication of the annual SAP standard costs.

·      
Master Data –
Support systems/process/tools on proper master data maintenance relating to costing standards, workflows, and material set up

·      Other special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·      Excellent MS Office computer skills (advanced excel).

·      Experience with SAP is desired.

·      Proven ability to effectively compile, analyze and interpret data.

·      Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.

·      Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.

·      Strong analytical/technical, logic and mathematic skills with attention to detail.

·      Must be able to work as a part of a collaborative team with all levels and departments.

Education:

·      University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

·      Candidate or completed Professional Accounting Designation preferred

· years of financial analysis experience with Food, Retail or CPG industry, ideally within Manufacturing
