OTT Landmark currently manages a robust development pipeline of over 5 million square feet of residential and mixed-use projects across the Greater Toronto Area, as well as more than 3,000 acres of resort development land in the Georgian Bay region.
We are seeking a Volunteer Sports Club Monitor to help create a safe, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for all participants. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sports and recreation, enjoy working with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in a member-facing environment.
The Sports Club Monitor will support day-to-day activities within the Sports Club, assisting with supervision, equipment organization, and basic member support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all users of the facility.

How you will contribute:
- Supervise sports activities in the Sports Club to help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including basic rules of play, facility guidelines, and safe use of equipment
- Clean, organize, and return equipment to its designated place after use
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of equipment before and after sessions, events, and informal games
- Provide basic guidance to participants, answering simple questions and encouraging fair play and good sportsmanship
- Monitor and report incidents, unsafe behaviour, or equipment issues to the Senior Member Experience Manager in a timely manner
- Support special events or tournaments by helping with logistics, basic coordination, and participant flow as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Genuine interest in sports, recreation, or active living
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to remain calm and handle minor conflicts or disputes between participants
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Comfortable working in a member-facing role and collaborating with staff and other volunteers
- Previous volunteer or customer service experience is an asset but not required
