Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high-quality technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
  • Build lasting relationships with loyal clients
  • Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools
  • Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education
  • Deliver the Tommy Gun's guest experience
  • Maximize barber performance
  • Educate and train barbers
Requirements:
  • Trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing Apprenticeship
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility for shift work
