Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the well-being and development of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational space for children while providing attentive care. Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety and engagement
- Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, and hygiene practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area, including toys and equipment
- Support children with disabilities by providing appropriate assistance and encouragement
- Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction and emotional development
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Ability to work with children with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor with a genuine interest in child development
- Ability to follow safety protocols and provide a secure environment for children
- Prior experience in caregiving or teaching is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $814.00-$1,533.17 per week
