Cascade Aqua-Tech is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is primarily warehouse-based, with additional responsibilities supporting customer service and order processing as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and is comfortable assisting customers when required. As a key member of our branch team, you will play an essential role in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory handling, while occasionally supporting counter and phone customers.

Primary Responsibilities – Warehouse & Operations

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
  • Pull stock and load materials using forklift and carpet pole
  • Verify work orders and determine production or fulfillment sequence
  • Perform quality control checks and basic machine maintenance
  • Operate hand and power tools (utility knife, tape measure, grinder, reciprocating saw)
  • Assist warehouse with weekly cycle counts and mandatory inventory counts completed twice a year
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
  • Assist with light production tasks as required
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities – Customer Service Support

  • Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers as needed
  • Provide basic product information and help customers select appropriate materials
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support customer orders
  • Enter and process orders accurately using ERP systems
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and efficient service

Qualifications & Experience

  • Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification is an asset
  • Experience with construction, paint, stucco, or building materials is an asset
  • Physically capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks
  • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
