Job Coach for Person with Developmental Disability

Providing on the job support to an individual with a developmental disability within their work setting in a fast food location in the east end of St. John's. Client works shift work including mornings, evenings, and weekends, usually 30-40 hours per week.

Duties include working alongside individual providing support and motivation, modelling tasks, and ensuring work is completed to the required standard, as well as helping client to complete their required duties such as light cleaning, bringing orders to customers, and other duties as assigned.

Looking for a reliable, patient person who is understanding and compassionate and able to provide motivation when needed. Must be able to provide a clear Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire. Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent.

$17.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
