We're looking for someone reliable, fast on the line, and ready to bring the heat
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook / Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food—especially great pizza—and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook and Pizza Maker, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, pizza production, and ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items, including pizzas, according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Hand-stretch dough, apply sauces and toppings, and monitor pizzas during baking to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and other food supplies; communicate needs to management.
Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant, pizzeria, or food service environment is required.
