Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive electrical system designs for a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced CAD tools and electrical engineering principles. The Electrical Designer will play a key role in creating accurate schematics, system layouts, and wiring diagrams that support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed electrical designs using AutoCAD, Draftsight, and other CAD software.
  • Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts for battery chargers and UPS
  • Collaborate with project engineers and production teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in the integration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components into system designs.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation supporting electrical wiring, system design, and installation processes.
  • Conduct design reviews and modify drawings based on feedback or evolving project requirements.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, and best practices in construction and engineering.
  • Strong technical documentation skills

Experience

  • Proven experience with electrical design in engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
  • Strong knowledge of schematics creation, drafting techniques, and CAD software tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring systems, system design principles, and electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems is a plus.
  • Experience with rectifiers and inverters is a plus
  • Experience with lithium batteries is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and technical documents accurately.
