Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insulator helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation in various structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to read blueprints, ensuring that insulation is applied correctly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes.
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment to cut, fit, and secure insulation materials.
  • Apply caulking to seal gaps and prevent air leaks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of insulation installation.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to insulation installation.
  • Experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions.
