Job Summary

Infinite Air Solutions Ltd. is seeking a licensed 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing HVAC team serving the GTA. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience with both residential and commercial systems, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. You will install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of HVAC/R equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair HVAC/R systems including:
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Rooftop units
  • Make-up air units
  • ventilation and exhaust systems
  • air quality: humidifiers, air cleaners, HRV/ERV
  • Walk-in coolers/freezers (if applicable)
  • Boilers and hydronic systems (asset)
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot system issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and full system checks
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Test system operation, pressures, and performance
  • Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers
  • Ensure all work complies with safety codes and company standards
  • Collaborate with apprentices, installers, and project managers
  • Provide excellent customer service on every job site

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Requirements

  • Valid 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic license (Ontario)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in the HVAC/R field
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
  • Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC installations
  • Familiarity with refrigerants, recovery procedures, gauges, and testing tools
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics
  • Knowledge of ODP regulations and Ontario building codes
  • Valid G driver's licence
  • Own basic HVAC tools (specialty tools may be provided)

  • Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) – usually required

  • Additional manufacturer training is an asset
