We are a mid-sized, full-service construction company specializing in concrete, general construction, and tower crane/hoist services, with active job sites across Western Canada. Our mission is to deliver value-added construction services by building strong partnerships with our clients throughout the construction process.

We are hiring: Formwork Carpenters

Location: Fernie, BC
Position Type: Full-time, year-round
Experience Required: Concrete formwork experience

Non-ticketed carpenters and apprentices are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

  • Build and strip walls, columns, and slabs

  • Fly table forms

  • Place vertical concrete

  • Install temporary fencing, guardrails, handrails, and barriers

  • Work alongside experienced supervisors and journeypersons

  • Use a variety of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems

What We're Looking For

  • Concrete formwork experience (required)

  • High-rise construction experience (an asset)

  • Positive attitude and commitment to safety

  • Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable

  • Physically fit, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn

  • Strong manual dexterity

Certifications Needed

  • Fall Protection (required)

  • WHMIS 2015 – can be provided

  • CSTS – can be provided

Working Conditions

  • Long-term, steady work

  • Overtime available

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch

  • Work at heights may be required
