POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to work with our cross-functional Manufacturing Analytics Planning & Logistics (P&L) product team. You will be tasked with owning the product vision, goals, and success metrics, and ensuring our roadmap is aligned with company strategy.
The Manufacturing Analytics Planning & Logistics (P&L) product team is responsible for understanding stakeholder needs and building robust and scalable solutions in areas like AI Automation & Conversational Analytics, Sales & Operations (S&OP) Forecasting, and many data products that are used for reporting & analytics on Manufacturing KPIs (On-Time to Customer, Manufacturing Backlog, Shipping Upgrade Costs, and others)
What You Will Do:
Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the product vision, understand and articulate business problem statements and value, and align our long-term product roadmap with the company's strategy
Execution & Delivery: Work with the Engineering product team to deliver new products, enhanced product features, and make trade-off decisions between scope, value, and velocity
Stakeholder Management: Interface directly with end-users of our products and data solutions, understand their needs and priorities, and align product vision across multiple stakeholder groups in various regions
Technical Expertise: Understand product functionality and constraints at a high level and understand the concepts in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics
Promote Adoption: Be a champion of our products and data solutions by driving user adoption
Your Qualifications:
3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in SaaS or e-commerce, with a solid grasp of product metrics.
Strong prioritization and decision-making in ambiguity; you can articulate trade-offs and focus the team on impact.
Experience with project management software tools (i.e. JIRA, Slack, Confluence, etc.), data & reporting tools (i.e., Snowflake, Looker, etc.), and AI-powered Enterprise Intelligence Agents
Proven track record of continuous customer learning: you have planned and run discovery on an ongoing cadence (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and turned insights into shipped product changes.

Compensation:
Canada Target Hiring Range: $120, $165,000.00 Per Year
Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as education, training, and experience. Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
