Responsibilities:
- Provide communications support to a large-scale, provincial digital health project encompassing a number of initiatives
- Create high-quality communication strategies and ensure key deliverables are achieved and measured, including the writing and editing of communication plans, materials, presentation content and web copy – ensuring a brand appropriate and consistent tone and voice.
- Work closely with business partners (e.g. project workstream partners, communications channel owners, project team leadership, regional teams, etc.) to finalize and implement approved communications tactics, e.g. draft web and newsletter articles, develop pitch decks and information packages, memos
- Manage communications specific workflows and deliver multiple communications initiatives effectively and on time
- Liaise with portfolio partners (including web team, design team, social media lead, internal comms team and translations services) to ensure all communications products follow best practices and adhere to Ontario Health style guide
- Attend project meetings to gather, as well as provide, updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead communications deliverables
Desired Skills:
- Strong storytelling experience and aligning strategies to the overall corporate narrative
- Well versed in communications tools
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with Microsoft 365
- Ability to work flexibly to tight deadlines, under pressure, as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and have good organizational and time management skills
- Sound judgement, discretion and decision-making ability
- Commitment to customer service
- Bilingualism is an asset
Required Skills:

- Experience working in a health care organization and/or with digital health solutions would be an asset
