We are seeking a team player who is responsible, reliable, accountable, and professional. The suitable candidate will be willing to role model as a "sleeves-rolled-up," hands-on team member on the unit. Flexibility to work varied hours, including being on-call, is required.

This is an out of scope position, on site presence required

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (BN) in active standing with CRNA
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in seniors' health
  • In addition to seniors' health experience, experience in acute care, psychiatric and geriatric will be given priority.
  • Case Management experience required
  • Working knowledge of RAI 2.0 and application in Point Click Care
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the continuing health service standards
  • Ability to work to full scope of practice and recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
  • Demonstrated Time Management Skills, ability to organize and prioritize competing demands
  • Active First Aid (BLS) Certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-Directed, Self Motivated
  • Provide a Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
