Solutions Specialist

- Serve as a subject matter expert on our product, features, and use cases.
- Deliver 100+ outbound calls weekly to trial users to schedule demos and assist in their trials, converting them to customers
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations.
- Guide prospects through trials and evaluations to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support discovery conversations by uncovering prospect needs and mapping them to product capabilities.
- Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales cycle, answering questions and addressing objections.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share feedback and improve positioning.
- 2–4 years of experience in a solutions, product specialist, pre-sales, or customer-facing role.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple, compelling ways.
- Excellent presentation skills; comfortable leading demos for both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with prospects by acting as a knowledgeable advisor.
- Experience supporting sales cycles within SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Resides in Canada
