Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including gasfitters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Plumber.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, build, and weld as necessary.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Valid commercial driving license required.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have clean criminal record check
