Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Vancouver branch for a Foreperson too be the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. A few of the main duties of a foreman are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, and overseeing the quality of the site. They also must report the progress of the project to superiors (QA/QC).

The wage band for this position is $ $51.50 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience.

3 Weeks accrued vacation for all positions within Kinetic Construction

Position Specifications

• Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to constantly plan and track progress
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
• Practices, procedures, techniques in the Construction Trades tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control and safety.
