We're on the Hunt for a Book Keeping Superstar

We are looking for a reliable part-time bookkeeper to support our financial operations. This role is very flexible in terms of the weekly hours you require and can be a mix of remote and on-site work. Our books have been professionally managed so you would be starting with organized books and working with our accountant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Compliance Bookkeeping
• Bank Account Reconciliation
• Manage Dext for receipt and invoice processing
• Maintain QuickBooks and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and process CRA payments (GST/HST, payroll remittances)
• Handle expense reports and reimbursements
• Communicate with accountants as needed

Optional Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing
• Dayend/Month End drawer reconciliation
• Deposits/Tip Payouts
• Accounts Payables

Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience in Canada
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and CRA reporting
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Hours: Flexible part-time

Location: Hybrid – remote & on-site visits

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
