Position Summary

The Task Trainer is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products in alignment with company standards for safety, security, productivity, and quality. This role supports operational excellence by performing warehouse functions efficiently and helping ensure product safety, legality, and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
  • Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for tasks including picking, quality checks, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations.
  • Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity.
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
  • Learn and support responsibilities and procedures in other warehouse areas as needed.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
  • Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
  • Work safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with RF equipment and warehouse systems preferred.
  • Customer service oriented and strong team player.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
