Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating items within the store.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Organize merchandise on the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Assist in pricing and tagging items according to store policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize visual design skills to create attractive displays that highlight featured products.
  • Engage with customers to promote special events or sales initiatives.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.

  • Drive sales through creative merchandising and product development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms and social media is advantageous but not required.
  • A passion for thrift shopping and sustainability is highly desirable.
