About the Opportunity

SimplyFixIt is seeking a dedicated and technically minded individual to join our team as an Electronic Service Technician.

We are looking for long-term potential. Because we provide extensive, specialized training from the ground up, we are specifically seeking candidates who are ready to commit to a serious career path with us for the next two years or more.

No prior professional experience is required. If you have the aptitude and the right attitude, we will give you the skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status clearly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and handle escalations effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage in sales opportunities by learning to upsell electronic products, accessories, and services.
  • Perform hands-on repairs primarily on smartphones, laptops, computers, and gaming consoles.
  • Execute core services including screen and battery replacements, component-level board diagnostics, and data recovery.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

  • Commitment: Must be willing to commit to the role for long term.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Attitude: Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Skills:

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Logical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Clear communication in English (written and verbal).

Compensation

  • Salary: $18 per hour.
