Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate commercial vehicles, making it essential for candidates to have a valid class 5 driver's license and relevant driving experience. Air endorsement is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including pre and post trip inspections..

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to perform moving tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more as required.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries.
