A well-established real estate group in British Columbia is hiring a Tenant Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its office properties. This role is central to the property management team, ensuring smooth coordination between tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders while upholding high standards of service and compliance.

Your new role

As Tenant Services Coordinator, you'll work closely with property and operations managers to support tenant moves, maintain documentation, and manage vendor activity. You'll act as a key liaison for tenants, ensuring construction and landlord obligations are well-coordinated and lease terms are met. The role also supports budgeting, KPI tracking, procurement, and communications, while contributing to tenant events and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to succeed

You bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A diploma or degree is required, along with at least two years of experience in property management or real estate administration. Familiarity with RFPs, lease coordination, and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are assets. Interest in pursuing RPA or BOMA certification is encouraged.
