A Day in the Life

You're not just managing a shop — you're leading it. Expect to:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring they have what they need to succeed
  • Manage daily service requests, work orders, and scheduling to keep operations flowing
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet Flaman's high standards
  • Support customers by providing timely updates, solutions, and a positive service experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Branch Management to keep communication seamless
  • Monitor service performance, identify improvements, and help implement better processes
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Represent the Flaman values of customer responsibility, achievement of goals, and making things better
