We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and successful on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT/software implementation projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to leadership.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations/support after project completion.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of total experience with 5+ years in IT project management.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementation and delivery of software/IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred (not mandatory).

Good to Have

  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation, ERP, or enterprise-grade applications.
  • Vendor and contract management experience.

  • Leadership mindset with ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.98-$105.24 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
