The Role
We're looking for a builder—a proactive, customer-obsessed leader to join our Data team as the Lead, Product Analytics. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, you'll be the strategic partner to our product and customer teams, embedding deeply to uncover the insights that drive better decisions and better experiences.
This isn't a back-office reporting role. You'll lead how we integrate voice of customer, product usage data, and experimentation to shape strategy and prioritize what matters most. You'll set the bar for analytical excellence, and help the organization move from reactive support to proactive, insight-driven product development.
What you'll be doing:
Strategy & Insight- Partner with Product and Customer leadership to define the KPIs that matter across the user journey
- Translate data into clear stories that guide product strategy, roadmap decisions, and customer initiatives
- Synthesize behavioural analytics, feedback, and research into actionable insights
- Surface pain points and opportunities before they impact the business
- Lead and coach embedded product analysts, helping them develop both technical depth and product judgment
- Ensure consistency in metrics, analytical rigor, and alignment with business priorities
- Champion a culture of curiosity, clarity, and ownership within the product and customer domains
- Own the strategy for product analytics infrastructure, including instrumentation, dashboards, and monitoring
- Guide experimentation design and interpretation to ensure valid, impactful learning
- Implement tools and frameworks that make insight generation fast, scalable, and repeatable
Who we are looking for:
Education & Experience- 5+ years in an analytics role with increasing scope and leadership, ideally in product or customer-focused domains
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Advanced experience with Product Analytics tools like Amplitude, Statsig, Posthog, etc.
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, and Hex
- Strong understanding of product instrumentation, KPI development, and experimentation
- Comfortable guiding multi-source insight generation—across usage data, NPS, surveys, and user research
- Experience with dbt and Python is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong product and customer intuition
- Hands-on and collaborative—you lead by doing, not just delegating
- Skilled communicator who can simplify complexity and influence across teams
- Driven to raise the bar—on quality, speed, and impact
