We're seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor who is ready to serve with purpose and empower families to take control of their financial futures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs
  • Recommend tailored life insurance solutions—term, whole life, or universal life
  • Educate clients on topics such as retirement planning, family protection, and estate strategies
  • Build lasting, trust-based relationships through empathy, transparency, and consistent follow-up
  • Maintain organized, compliant records using digital CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes
  • Achieve performance targets while maintaining a client-first, ethical approach
  • Identify opportunities for added value through complementary financial planning solutions

What You Bring

  • A valid life insurance license
  • At least 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, service-focused style
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client success and long-term growth
