Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a bartender to join this spring and summer, starting April 2026

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong desire to showcase their mixology skills The bartender will work as part of a dynamic team alongside cooks and servers to ensure our guests enjoy exceptional drinks while overlooking the ocean.

The Bartender reports to the Front of House Supervisor, preference is given to individuals willing to sign a six-month contract.

What You'll Do:

  • Setting up the bar for dinner service.
  • Re-stocking/cleaning the bar at the end of each night.
  • Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and specialty cocktails to guests.
  • Assisting the servers to run food and bus dishes.
  • Assisting the servers at the end of each night to clean the dining room and kitchen including dishes.
  • Helping set up for breakfast for the following morning.
  • Performing weekly inventory of the bar and assist with ordering.

  • Strong eye for detail
  • Customer service orientated and friendly
  • Related experience required
  • Serving it Right required

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.85 per hour
