Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine love for working with children. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English, with experience in special education or working with children with disabilities, are highly encouraged to apply. Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support curriculum goals and address individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other relevant documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
  • Incorporate technology and computer-based tools to enhance learning experiences when appropriate.
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development sessions related to early childhood education best practices.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in childcare, teaching, or early childhood education settings.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and working with children with disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities, documentation, and time efficiently.
  • Ability to lead classroom activities confidently while maintaining a nurturing environment.
  • Computer skills including basic operation of educational software and recordkeeping tools.
  • Exceptional time management skills to balance lesson planning, student engagement, and administrative tasks.
