, has partnered with Harbinger Network to add a
Senior Project Coordinator
to their growing team.

Assistant Project Manager
role.

    civil infrastructure projects
  • Collaborative and supportive project teams (PM, APM, P.Eng, Superintendent, Estimating)

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project administration and delivery
  • Prepare, review, and issue
    RFIs, submittals, shop drawings
    , and track responses
  • Assist with
    permits
    , utility locates, and coordination with municipalities and consultants
  • Maintain accurate documentation, drawing logs, and project schedules

Field & Operations Support

  • Track progress quantities for
    excavation, pipe installation, backfill
    , and concrete works
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
  • Attend site meetings and assist with resolving on-site issues with engineering support
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on all civil works

Financial & Contract Administration

  • Assist with
    change order preparation
    , pricing, and costing support
  • Track
    purchase orders
    , delivery tickets, and subcontractor billings
  • Support monthly progress claims and assist PM with cost forecasts

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in
    civil construction
    , preferably:
  • Excavation
  • Municipal
    sewer & watermain
    installation
  • Site servicing
  • Roadworks & infrastructure
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, CET an asset
  • Strong understanding of
    design drawings
    , specifications, and municipal standards
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam; knowledge of MS Project an asset
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license; ability to attend job site
