Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chinese Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation, food service, and maintaining high standards of food safety. Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Support the serving team by preparing food items for service and assisting with plating as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours.
  • Participate in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and report shortages.
  • Adhere to all health regulations and company policies regarding food safety and sanitation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
