Caseload Area

We are recruiting a part-time Physiotherapist to support a paediatric caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients' homes.

We are currently seeking PTs in the following areas:

  • Richmond
    Hill
  • Thornhill

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person assessments in the community using standardized tools
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with best practices
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to support meaningful, client-centred goals
  • Provide education and coaching to parents and caregivers
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document progress using SMART goals
  • Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and client response

Qualifications

  • Registration with COPO
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience providing community-based services
  • Excellent assessment and intervention abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience delegating to PTAs (asset)
  • ADP authorizer status (asset)
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
