Overview:
The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical systems used in energy production and manufacturing facilities. This role ensures optimal equipment performance to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, and assemble turbines, pumps, compressors, and other heavy machinery.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
  • Operate precision tools and equipment for alignment and calibration.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulatory compliance within energy manufacturing environments.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or apprenticeship in Millwright or Industrial Maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and rotating equipment.
