Colon Hydrotherapist & Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Angel Hydrotherapy & PEMF Wellness Clinic

As a Colon Hydrotherapist and Front Desk Associate at Angel Hydrotherapy & PEMF, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality wellness services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This position involves direct client care, front desk administration, and maintaining a safe, professional, and hygienic clinical environment.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone with an interest in integrative and alternative health who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Training & Certification Requirement

Prior to beginning paid employment, candidates must successfully complete in-house certification in both the Angel of Water open-system colon hydrotherapy and PEMF therapy. These certifications are provided at no cost.

Once certifications are completed, a two-week training period will begin to ensure competency in clinical procedures, client care, and clinic operations. Paid employment begins only after all required certifications are completed.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Client Care

  • Conduct client consultations, including review of intake forms and health history for colon hydrotherapy and PEMF services
  • Perform colon hydrotherapy treatments in a professional, compassionate, and safe manner
  • Monitor clients throughout treatments to ensure comfort, safety, and proper procedure
  • Provide education on post-treatment care, gut health, whole-body wellness, and lifestyle modifications
  • Deliver additional services including PEMF therapy and infrared sauna sessions

Clinic Operations & Hygiene

  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for treatment rooms and equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and clinical procedures
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using Jane software

Front Desk & Administration

  • Manage front desk operations, including bookings, client inquiries, payments, and daily clinic flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle client concerns professionally
  • Support overall day-to-day clinic operations

Additional Duties

  • Occasional assistance with social media content creation and clinic promotions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certification in Colon Hydrotherapy or related field (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) preferred
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly digestive health
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered approach
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and electronic medical records systems (Jane experience an asset)
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn efficiently and adapt in a clinical setting
  • Previous experience in a clinical or community health environment is an asset but not required

Position Details
