Statistical Programmer Analyst

The Statistical Programmer Analyst will become a valued member of the established statistical programming team. The Programmer is responsible for designing and maintaining study databases, as well as study reports. Must collect report specifications, program reports and associated graphics, and design a user-friendly reports interface. Must set-up procedures for data import and export as needed. Must do system consistent checks. Will test and validate all aspects of programs for accuracy and provide user support for reports interface. Maintains and supports other programs, created by other programmers, as needed.
1. University Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
2. Demonstrated knowledge of SAS in the Unix environment
3. Demonstrated knowledge of both the UNIX and Windows operating systems
4. Ability to learn quickly, detail oriented and willing do the tasks under timeline
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as the ability to work within a team environment
6. Knowledge of DataFax would be preferred
7. Programming Languages preferred: SAS, Perl, Awk and Shell scripting
