Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and systems, identifying any issues that require attention.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with minor repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, and refrigeration units.
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Assist in the installation and repair of air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with service technicians to support field service operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or property maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum of G3 Gas license will be given preference
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, or refrigeration systems.
• Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC design and mechanical systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation between job sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 42 per week
