Reporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial and non-financial transactions for our clients' mutual fund accounts in support of our distribution partners.

What you will do:

  • Processing complex transactions to mutual fund accounts
  • Reviewing transactions entered by advisors
  • Communicating with advisors' requirements to turn "not in good order" trades into "in good order" trades
  • Understanding the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines, Quadrus and fund company business processes
  • Tracking and reporting activity
  • Meeting service standards to minimize financial impact

What you will bring:

  • Completion of the IFIC Operations and/ or Investment Funds Course is an asset
  • Previous experience in a role communicating with Advisors is an asset
  • Working knowledge of the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines and Quadrus & fund company business processes is an asset
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player committed to achieving team objectives
  • Self-motivated and enjoy a busy work environment
  • Ability to meet strict daily deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities

The base salary for this position is between
$43,400
- $65,100
annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
