We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a background in automotive administration or accounting. If you're motivated, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced dealership, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Post new and pre-owned deals for our Auto and Motorsports Division accurately and on time.
- Balance and reconcile schedules related to deals.
- Prepare and submit monthly remittances for warranty and aftermarket sales.
- Record sales commissions with precision.
Skills & Competencies:
- Previous dealership accounting experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (PBS experience is an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework in business, accounting, or logistics is an asset).
- Previous experience in office administration, automotive accounting, or dealership operations preferred.
