About This Team
This role is part of the Global Commercialization organization and supports the Raw Material and Colour team, who develop world-class materials that lululemon guests know and love. Our team works as a partner to our design, merchandising, and product development partners to create products against our seasonal go-to-market calendar. As part of this team, you will also partner closely with sourcing, production, sustainability, planning and other enterprise functions to deliver against high visibility, fast-paced product initiatives.
a Day In The Life
- Milestone Facilitation : Understand reporting and process needs for Global Raw Materials and develop SOPs and reporting solutions to help the team deliver against Go-To-Market (GTM) and product creations milestones.
- Strategic Operations : Deliver solutions with cross-functional partners to business problems as they arise - through data, convening of partners, following up on actions or reporting and communicating results.
- Process Optimization : Collaborate in continuous improvement of Raw Material processes and reporting, including supporting the technology and program management team with the Material Data Management System.
- Budget Management : Manage RM business process for key business planning, finance, and strategy dates (e.g. monthly budgeting, annual budgeting, quarterly KPIs)
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and review seasonal BOM or material reports to ensure the correct information is shared with cross-functional partners including design, merchandising, planning, sourcing, product development and production.
- Initiative Delivery : Share regular progress updates with leadership or cross-functional working groups, identify and escalate risks to project timelines and propose solutions across a variety of business initiatives impacting Raw Materials.
- Training & Development : Organize and oversee department-specific training programs to support with enrollment in new processes, cross functional education and personal development opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in textiles, apparel, footwear or adjacent consumer goods industry.
- 8+ years professional experience managing programs and projects in supply chain or manufacturing related roles
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or textile/apparel or engineering.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format
- Clear communicator to ensure cross functional teams are clear on critical time and action timelines.
- Experience with product development processes and product data management.
- Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and solve problems.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$130,800 - $171,700
annually
; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
