Looking for Full Time Team Members to work at new Taco Bell opening at 1195 Barton St E, Hamilton.

We will be conducting onsite interviews on the following dates below

Monday, November 17 starting @ 2pm

Tuesday, November 18 starting @ 2pm

As a Team Member, you enjoy working with people and providing friendly, accurate service to customers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Team Member behaviours include:

  • Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers.
  • Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues.
  • Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team.
  • Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits.
  • Communicating with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
  • Must be able to work daytime, evenings, weekends and/or late nights till 2am

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. during 80% of shift time
