We're looking for a Assistant Condominium Manager to join our team in Calgary. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property administration, real estate, or customer service.

In this role, you'll support our Condominium Managers in the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of condominium properties. You'll be a key point of contact for residents, board members, and contractors—helping ensure smooth communication, timely service, and well-organized documentation.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting Condominium Managers with day-to-day operations of condominium properties
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications
  • Preparing meeting materials, notices, and correspondence for boards and residents
  • Supporting financial tracking and budget preparation
  • Helping maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Learning about condominium legislation, bylaws, and compliance requirements
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge
  • Attending board meetings and general meetings in support of the Condominium Managers
