All Health Medical Centre is a multidisciplinary medical facility. We are currently looking for occupational therapists to join our team of providers involved in the care of MVA patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing OT intervention therapy, in home and community setting

  2. Conducting Attendant Care, In-home, Home Safety and Accessibility, Discharge planning, Ergonomic, Job Site and Functional Cognitive assessments

  3. Completing comprehensive assessment reports

  4. Communicating with patients, administrative staff and other providers involved in patient's care

Requirements:

  1. Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

  2. Current registration in good standing with COTO

  3. Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  5. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

This a sub-contract position, flexible work hours, new grads welcome, training will be provided.
