Door to Door (D2D) Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven D2D Sales Representative to join our Residential sales team. In this role, you
will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications products
and services—including internet, TV, home phone, and wireless
solutions—directly to residential customers. You will represent our brand in
the community, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through
face-to-face interactions.
Reports To: VP,
Residential Sales / Manager, Farms & Acreages
General Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales in assignedresidential areas to promote telecom products and services.Present and explain service packages clearly to
potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.Build strong customer relationships by providing
professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and
contribute to team performance goals.Maintain accurate records of sales leads,
prospects, and customer interactions.Stay up to date on product knowledge,
promotions, pricing, and competitors' offerings.Handle customer objections and provide effective
solutions.Represent the company in a positive and
professional manner at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
3 years experience in a sales ormarketing role.A valid driver's license is requiredSales and/or marketing experience in
the telecommunications field is beneficial.University Degree or College Diploma
in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.Proven track record of meeting and
exceeding sale targets and expectations.Excellent analytical skills with
data-driven decision making.Strong communication and presentation
skills.
Job Details:
Fulltime: hours of work will generally fall between 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to
Friday with some weekend work required.This is
primarily a remote position that requires familiarity with Manitoba and
Saskatchewan markets and geography.
There will be occasional requirements to attend sales events within our
markets.Group
