Gymnastics Superviser

At Pegasus Gymnastics we teach quality gymnastics in a family-friendly environment. We are looking for a Supervisor our team, hiring for East, West, North location.

The ideal candidate will coach, and supervise recreational coaches. They will also be responsible for covering the front desk duties including answering phones, emails and registering athletes, and managing customer accounts. This position will be in the evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Certified NCCP C1, Active Start and/or Trampoline Level 2 Certified, or willing to obtain. Minimum Foundation certified.
  • Minimum 2 years of gymnastics coaching experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High School Diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Proficient with computers
  • Making Ethical Decisions and Respect in Sport Certificates or willing to obtain
  • Possess a valid First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
  • Police check and child welfare check
  • All other AGF and GYMCAN required courses

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching kinder and recreation classes
  • Supervising coaches and coach management
  • Continuous athlete assessments and online evaluations
  • Lesson planning and program planning
  • Answer phone calls and emails, customer questions and address any complaints
  • Complete class registrations, assist with account administration
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the owners and all staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
